“My two children, Joel now 11 and Martha now 8, both went through the whole age range at Muddy knees, come rain or shine. The experience was fantastic on so many levels and gave them both a great grounding in the rugby skills that would benefit them as they continued to play. Both now play club rugby and love it. Martha is about to start full contact and Joel is going from strength to strength as a key member of the Under 12’s and has won a Coaches best player award at a Harlequins training camp. I have no doubt that their experience at Muddy Knees was the basis for their ongoing enjoyment of the game and I couldn’t recommend Muddy Knees highly enough.”

“Our son started at Muddy Knees this July. Although he wanted to play, he was so horrified at doing an activity with people he didn’t know he was in tears before the session started. The coaches couldn’t have been sweeter or more encouraging with him and by the end of the session he wasn’t even looking round for us any more. A few weeks later and he considers himself a veteran. He adores the coaches, has made good friends in the happy easy atmosphere and his ball skills and abilities are improving in leaps and bounds. After an hour or two of belting around, he comes off the pitch begging for more! Thank you Muddy Knees team!”

“We are big fans of Muddy Knees! I love it because the team are all so passionate about what they do. My 4 year old daughter loves it because the sessions are very engaging, exciting and varied. It’s been great for her confidence but also great for her team building and listening skills. It’s great that it’s outside and shows kids that they can have fun whatever the weather!”

“Every weekend our children really look forward to muddy knees. The games are really well thought out and interactive, which has developed their listening skills and fitness, as well as their ball skills. There is a competitive element, but mostly the games are really interactive to encourage all members of the group to participate. The coaches are fabulous! So welcoming and friendly.”

“Sebastian has been taking part in Muddy Knees since he was two, and he is absolutely loving all the activities. His ball skills have really improved since doing the various games, and he’s made lots of friends during the sessions. Chanting ‘Muddy Knees Muddy Knees’ is constantly heard in our house!”

“Arthur looks forward to his Muddy Knees session every week. The Coaches are amazing and ignited Arthur’s interest in sport and have really helped develop his catching, throwing and encouraged more of a team mentality. Arthur loves Muddy Knees and we’ve thoroughly enjoyed watching him attend every week.”
